Privacy Policy

Secret Calculator Vault (also referred to as "Calculator Media Safe Lock" or "Calculator Vault") is designed as a fully functional calculator widget on the surface. Upon entering your custom PIN (default configuration uses "2001"), the app unlocks a highly secure vault for photos, videos, and custom file storage.

Your privacy is our utmost priority. We build tools that put you in total control of your data. The files stored in the vault are kept confidential and are processed according to the strict criteria defined below.

We believe in data minimization. The types of data processed by this application include:

• Media & Files: Photos, videos, and documents you import into the secure vault are saved directly onto your device's secure local sandbox.
• Cloud Sync & Storage: If you purchase a premium subscription (Pro Plus) and explicitly enable Cloud Sync, your vault media files will be securely synced to your cloud account using Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage.
• Purchase & Subscription Data: Subscription statuses and processing are managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes transaction data anonymously using unique identifier tokens.
• Advertisements: In the free version of the application, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) is integrated to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect anonymous device parameters and advertising IDs to customize ad experiences.

We deploy robust standards to keep your secure vault content safe:

• All local vault items are stored in private sandbox environments not accessible by other external applications.
• For users with cloud sync enabled, transmission of media items is protected using SSL/TLS encryption protocols directly communicating with official Google Firebase server infrastructure.
• We do not have access to, nor do we sell, rent, or share your private vault photos, videos, or documents with any third-party entities.

All in-app purchases are securely processed through the official app store accounts (Google Play Store for Android) via the RevenueCat SDK framework. The app does not collect, record, or store credit card details or other billing credentials directly.

If you cancel your subscription using our in-app Subscription Management module, your local and cloud database parameters immediately reset, and access to premium sync components ceases at the end of the current billing cycle.

You retain full ownership and control over your files:

• You can delete any file from the vault at any time, which immediately destroys the file locally.
• If Cloud Sync is enabled, deleting a file from the app vault also deletes the file permanently from the secure cloud servers.
• You can request complete account and data removal directly by contacting support.
